Curved sliders concentrate three sealing problems at once: the bottom edge follows an arc, the two meeting stiles at center are also curved, and the tray under them is frequently a hair out of level. Pre-curved bottom seals hug the arc without stored tension; fin lengths of roughly 12, 16 and 20 mm bridge measured gaps of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch, and the fin can be scissor-trimmed at a shallow angle to follow an out-of-level tray. Tempered curved panels cannot be recut, so the seal always adapts to the glass — never the reverse. Fit first, cut later: hook the channel at the roller end and press it on inch by inch around the curve.
